Description of Goods
All images, descriptions and specifications are supplied to give an approximate description of the goods. All specifications are approximate and given as a guide only. If in any doubt please contact Unishower Ltd for further information and we will endeavour to provide as much information as we can.
Unishower Ltd reserve the right at any time to update, modify or alter these Terms and Conditions as and when necessary and you as a customer agree to be bound by these updates, modifications and alterations on further visits to our website.
Making a Purchase
Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for reference.
Purchasing our products is easy. Just click on the “Add to Basket” button on the item you wish to purchase and this will take you to the Paypal shopping cart. Enter all your details including telephone number and credit card details. We are unable to take orders over the telephone at this present time.
If an order is placed over the weekend or a Bank Holiday then the order will be processed on the next working day.
If any items are incorrectly priced by mistake, we, Unishower Ltd, will not be bound to honour the incorrect prices.

Prices
Prices for each item is clearly set out in our website. All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT which is at 20%. Delivery is £39 on orders under £500 to mainland UK. Please see delivery notes.

Delivery will be £39 on orders under £500 to Mainland UK only.
Please note we are unable to deliver to postcodes KW , IV, PA and some parts of PH . Please contact us for details.
We require an up to date contact number for our carrier to make delivery arrangements, otherwise items will not be dispatched. Please check that the contact number given by PayPal is correct & up to date.
All items are boxed brand new. We use a specialist carrier to ensure safe transit for the items. Dispatch will be within 5 working days and delivery up to 7 working days after dispatch. Delivery is to ground floor only as the carrier is not insured for carrying items upstairs. Boxes require two people for handling.
Please check that all items arrive in good condition before signing delivery paperwork. If the packaging is damaged on receipt of the items please write “damaged” on the delivery note and inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect the item itself for any damage caused within the damaged packaging & notify us within 48 hours of delivery otherwise we cannot accept any further claims of damage after this time. If you do not check your items before signing the delivery note then a claim cannot be made against our transport carrier.
Please also check for any missing parts & notify us within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise a charge may be applied for the missing items plus a delivery charge.
Orders will only be delivered to the address which the customer has had confirmed by PayPal and will not be left at the address without a signature.
If a date for delivery has been agreed but our carrier is unable to deliver on that agreed date due to the customer being unable to accept delivery then a redelivery charge will be applicable. This cost will be charged to the purchaser.
Unishower Ltd strongly advises that you do not book any installers or engage in any preparatory work until items have been received and checked.

Cancelling your Order
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days starting from the day after receipt of goods. Returns outside of this time period will not be accepted. You must provide us with written details of the items ordered (either by post or e-
You must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged and all non faulty goods must be returned safely unused, unopened and in its original packaging which is undamaged and not defaced. Please do not write on the packaging or use sticky tape on the packaging as this will deem the item unfit for resale, but affix a label addressed to Unishower Ltd using the address details below. We reserve the right not to accept items which do not meet with these conditions.
A collection charge will be deducted from the refund of the order, please contact us for details of this cost.
We will refund your money less collection costs within 30 days at the latest.

All credit card details given to Paypal are encrypted and are not passed on to Unishower Ltd.
Any information we collect from this website will not be passed onto a third party except as part of the order process. That is, the third party, namely the transport company, will not disclose any details to any other third party.

c) Contacting customer regarding any queries.

Our company uses PayPal to sell products to you. PayPal.com provides us with the online payment platform that allows us to sell our products to you & for us to receive payment. Your data may be stored through PayPal.com’s data storage, databases and the general PayPal.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall & the data collected is password protected & encrypted.
We also keep records of your name, address, telephone number & email address on invoices as part of a legal requirement for our business & these are stored securely. We share your delivery details with a third party, H R Goodales, in order for your items to be delivered. We don’t share any details with any other 3rd party neither do we keep emailing lists for newsletters or emarketing.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
