The complete wet room tray kit, comprising of the formed tray, drain and Aquaseal tanking system.
The extra-strong wet room formed tray is made from vacuum formed GRP and stone resin compounds. It supports sustained loads in excess of 470Kg over 400mm joist centres without deflection. There is no under boarding required, so you save on labour and material costs.
These superior formers have a class leading 18/20 mm fall to the waste, providing better water flow. Where other trays may require support between joists with 18mm marine ply, which increases the cost of installation, these do not as they are fully self-supporting.
These wet room formed trays have been tested under static load at 1000mm centres.
The Purus MiniMax Two Part wet room drain is suitable for vinyl or tiled floors. This high quality waste is specially designed with a top-access trap which incorporates the NOOD no-odour feature. This ensures that even if the drain dries out, no bad odours will occur due to the spring-loaded trap keeping itself closed. This top-access special trap can be easily removed for cleaning. The Tile Insert stainless steel grate provides the neatest of finishes to your tiled wet room floor.
The Aquaseal wet room tanking kit manufactured by Everbuild is a ready to use liquid waterproofing compound that is applied in a 2 coat system by brush. It provides a permanently flexible watertight membrane on floors and walls prior to tiling or applying vinyl flooring in the showering area. This is a non-hazardous and solvent free system and has become one of the bestselling tanking kits.
